Samsung’s Galaxy S11e May Come With Extra Cameras

The Galaxy S10e by Samsung is obviously a negotiation between its tinnier display and only two back cameras, but its follow-up may be more attractive. Hot on the heels of a supposed rumor for the complete-size Galaxy S11, media has posted images of what it claims is the S11e. It might have a bit bigger 6.2–6.3-inch screen (full with a centered hole for camera) while staying relatively packed together, but the main highlight of the show will be the rear. The S11e might have an Pixel 4 or iPhone 11-akin camera bump with 3 back cameras. There do not seem to be additional sensors for other features and depth, but you may not have to be selective about shot kinds similar to how you do with the S10e.

The supposed leak is also distinguished for what is missing. There does not seem to be a fingerprint reader added into the wake button, recommending that you will have an in-screen fingerprint scanner same as the bigger S10 devices have now. And like the bigger S11, there is no hint of a headphone jack.

Other speculations have the S11e jumping to a bigger battery, at least 6 GB of RAM, and the mandatory chip update (expectedly a Snapdragon 865 in some regions including the North America). You may not receive a 108 MP primary camera, though, and it is not clear if there might be a 5G version.

It is worth taking the images with a grain of salt when the S11 series is not anticipated to launch until February. Things can alter in the coming few months. If this rumor is precise, however, it displays that Samsung is meticulously committed to the “e” handset series. It was not just a one-off to fill a crack in the company’s series.
